You are not alone – I hear this from my clients all the time, before they begin to embark on this daunting but exciting journey.

In order to assist people Jacquie has adopted her signature system of ‘YOU TO GREAT’ for her individual coaching methodology. This involves a bespoke process for every client – there is no one size fits all – and covers three pillars.

PILLAR ONE

​

Firstly, the client is assisted to help define their goal and their vision of their future, be it in their own business or in a corporate environment.  This part of the process deals with where they currently find themselves, defining what is not working for them, and articulating where they would like to be, with no holding back.

PILLAR TWO

Once the goal is clear their current situation is worked on :

• What is holding them back?

• Where are they stuck?

• What are their self-limiting beliefs?

• How is the environment impacting on their reality?

• And other matters                      

PILLAR THREE

During this phase a new reality is co-created. After exploring a number of options, an action plan that will re-define new goals for the client is formulated. 

Someone who works in or wants to work in a corporate environment, or small business – a manager, executive or professional. They must accept that the coach’s role is not to solve their problem but to work with a process that is solution focused, driven by the individual.
